Who is responsible

SelfTune is developed and published by Innovy. For privacy questions and requests, email [email protected]. Publisher website: https://innovy.ch. This policy covers the SelfTune app and selftune.io.

Overview

SelfTune is an affirmation player developed by Innovy (innovy.ch). You can play available sessions offline without creating a SelfTune account. Nine sessions are free. You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock a session or make a one-time store purchase to unlock the library. Ads, purchases and restoring purchases require an internet connection.

Session playback and local preferences

Session audio is bundled with the app. SelfTune does not send your chosen session, affirmation text, favorites or voice preference to Innovy. The app has no separate analytics service or developer account system. The advertising and store services described below process data when used.

Information stored on your device

Favorites, voice choice and session unlocks are stored on your device. They restore your choices and access when you reopen the app. Your operating system or backup settings may preserve or transfer this app data. Rewarded unlocks belong to this local installation; store purchases can be restored using the same store account.

Optional rewarded advertisements

SelfTune uses Google AdMob for ads that you choose to watch. Before requesting an ad, the app uses Google's consent service where required and checks whether ads may be requested. SelfTune requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean that no data is processed.

Google's advertising SDK may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The app does not provide Google with your affirmation text or session category.

Use Ad privacy in the app to revisit available consent choices. You can also manage your advertising ID in Android settings. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Store purchases

Google Play or the App Store handles your payment and purchase history under its own privacy policy. SelfTune receives product identifiers, purchase status and transaction information to unlock sessions, acknowledge completed purchases and restore access. Innovy does not receive your payment-card details through SelfTune. Cached access remains available offline; an online store check may update access after a refund.

Permissions

SelfTune uses the device's audio system to play bundled session audio. It does not request microphone access and does not record audio. It does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, photos, health records, or notifications.

Retention and deletion

Local preferences and rewarded unlocks remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. A device backup may retain or restore them. Clearing local data does not delete Google or Apple's store records or Google's advertising data; those services provide their own privacy controls. Innovy does not operate a SelfTune server holding your preferences. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions. If you email us, your message and contact details are used to respond to your request.

The selftune.io website

The SelfTune website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes connection and request information, including your IP address, browser information and requested page, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may process this information in the United States and other countries where it operates. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, sign-up forms or marketing cookies to this website. Cloudflare may use cookies when needed for security. Links to other services take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Security, international processing and your choices

The website uses HTTPS. Google's advertising and purchase services use encrypted connections. Local app preferences are protected by your device's operating system; no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Google and Apple may process service data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in their privacy policies. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Consent is requested for advertising processing where required; you can revisit the available choices through Ad privacy in the app.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also contact your local data protection authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). We can only act on data we hold. Google, Apple and Cloudflare provide controls and contact routes for data they handle independently.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond, resolve the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. Advertising, purchase and hosting records follow the relevant service provider's retention policies.

Changes to this policy

If SelfTune's data practices change, this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before the changed version is released.
